LIVING Kidney DONOR NEEDED

Hello,

My name is Cheryl Frances Sigler, I am 67 years old, and I am writing this to hopefully find a kidney donor.

Chronic Kidney disease is a problem that I have been dealing with for over 20 years. Unfortunately, over time my kidney disease has progressed to stage 4, to the extent that I will need a kidney transplant. This has become a worrisome situation for me, and it is taking a toll on my mind. I am not ready to give up just yet, and I am in high hopes that finding a living kidney donor will help my situation. I am starting the process for suggestions to different dialysis options; however, in my situation it’s been suggested it would be best if I go straight to a live donor and skip the dialysis.

In 2005, I donated my kidney to my Eldest Sister to save her life and years later I happened to develop the same disease called “IGA NEPHROPATHY “ and with just ONE kidney now, it’s even more CRUCIAL that I find a donor . My family is unable to donate to me because we believe this could possibly be hereditary. So you see, my chances are slim because it can take months or even years to find a donor.

I am trying to stay positive while looking to find a donor, so I can live a more productive and healthier life. So as to enjoy my grandkids, gardening and taking care of my mom whom also needs my care as well. I have so much to live for, especially being a new gramma to 2 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN. It would be AMAZING to not have to worry anymore and go about my life.

I am on a waiting list for a kidney, but as I said it could take a while to find a match. It would be much easier if I had 2 kidneys but I only have 1. If you could please consider live kidney donation, as it would greatly improve my current quality of life, and my family would GREATLY appreciate having me around longer.

This would be GREATLY APPRECIATED, if you or anyone you know would SHARE this with your Community or Friends, or any network to reach someone in hopes of getting me this help

*I would forever GREATLY APPRECIATE THE GIFT OF LIFE*

Thank you ❤️
