Hello,
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cecily Wilson, and I am seeking a living kidney donor. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been an unforgettable interruption in my life. During the ten years I have been diagnosed this CDK, my kidneys have progressively declined. There are five stages of kidney failure, and I have advanced rapidly to stage 4. It is inevitable that I would greatly benefit from a kidney transplant in an effort to live my life to the fullest and continue to be a vital role in my family and community. I am looking for someone to answer my request and become a donate a kidney.
Since the onset of CKD I have encountered various treatments and numerous tests to consistently check my kidney function. My physicians must monitor my kidney function and make adjustments regarding my health. In addition, there frequent visits to my physician and daily regimen of medications that are necessary to maintain acceptable kidney levels.
For me returning to my previous life is essential. A life that allowed me to perform my daily duties without fatigue, but with independence. Waiting for the day I can restart my life will be absolutely rewarding and monumental. After my transplant, I would continue to “pay if forward” to create and do something fulfilling for another individual.
I am truly blessed to be on the donor list waiting for a kidney, but the process can be lengthy and challenging. This written journey is the hope I may find a living donor. Trust me; I understand it is an enormous task to ask someone to give such a special gift to a stranger. So it’s with a heavy heart that I make this request. Simply put a living donor would give me back my life. I appreciate the time you took to read my story. Maybe you or someone you know will consider getting tested in the hope of becoming a possible viable candidate. Please feel free to share my story with your network of family, friends and the community in which you reside. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you again,
Cecily Wilson
