Hi I been on dyalisis for 8 years and with diabetes sinse I was 19 years of edge I need your help I know I can still produced and work A few years ago I did not care but now I have a 5 year old son and he needs me me I WANT TO LIVE thank you.

Well I been home dialysis for 8 years I no he hasn't been easy Dillon dialysis it really has changed my life in the last 8 years a lot of things what happened on my on my health I suffer from high blood pressure pressure and I being a lot of times in the hospital no I care I want to leave because my wife and I just adopted a baby to be specific 5 years ago and this little kid he really needs me he is a pencil me but I'll know more energy sometimes I go to bed and I'll be exhausted that's why I'm asking for help asking for help for new kidney thank you so much.

To anybody out there wants to help donating a kidney well my name is Alejandro Leal and I'll even do a transplant list for almost 8 years and sometimes it's kind of frustrating because I don't know what am I getting that chance to live again renal dialysis is that easy I do not I do not have this is every single day 365 days a year I think I deserve the chance 2 hour like the normal life again I really appreciate anybody out there who has the kindness to give me your kidney I want to leave because I have a 5 year who my wife and I adopted him when he was three months old that's why I want to leave now I want to leave for him he's everything to me I want to thank you and put your hand in your heart and please help me thank you so much.
