Larry Jones

LIVING Kidney DONOR NEEDED

Hello,
Thank you for the opportunity to share my personal experience here. I was diagnosed with Renal failure in early 2014. Since I have had this condition, my life has changed in many ways. I can no longer work , I can no longer travel as much as I once did. I grew up active in sports, and in adulthood I remained relatively active in regular exercise and physical activity, but after my diagnosis, I was hampered a great deal psychologically, emotionally and of course physically in all the joys and normal activities I once embraced. I was once an avid roller skater, I used to love doing mechanical repairs on my vehicles. My energy levels on any given day are not what they use to be or what I would desire it to be . All in all, I am grateful to God that I'm still here with my family and friends.

AS I stated, I began regular dialysis treatment in 2014, and it has been very challenging day in and day out having to get up early in the morning 3 days out of the week to go to treatment. I have had complication with my fistula gram and aneurysm in both of my arms. I have had problems with bleeding in one arm after treatment, I have felt lightheaded and dizzy on many occasion. I have passed out also. Nauseated.

At this point in my life as I stated, I am so very grateful to be here, my faith and belief in God has keep and strengthen me as I've gone along. I am appealing to all my friends and others who may be concerned. To have a chance to receive a donor kidney would be a true blessing that could help me heal and prolong my life. I pray each day for the day to come when I could have this blessing of life and of a normal life once again.
