LIVING Kidney DONOR NEEDED

My name is anee aamir johnson..
I am now a pateint of ckd.i got diagnosed with ckd (ESRD) I am on dialysis since 2018 .i am on peritoneal dialysis in this process i have to perform dialysis every night .my kidney disease started with hypertension. So its been a year doing dialysis ,high blood pressure caused my kidney failure. my kidneys no longer work and that’s why I’m writing today to ask for your help.

Peritoneal dialysis i have been on dialysis from a year and yes it had affected my life, this process i do it every night for 9 hours, don't have any other options But it works just like my kidneys were.
Every night doing dialysis drains me of all my energy. And it effect me to travel, and even see my family that I love so much. I wish I had more time and energy to spend with family which live in abroad, also country where my parents lives we don't-have a great medical system so type of dialysis i do they don't even have supplies for peritoneal dialysis. Thats why i can’t even see my parents my siblings.

There are currently 120,000 people waiting for a lifesaving organ transplant in the U.S. Of these, 100,000 await kidney transplants.

The median wait time for a kidney transplant is 3-5 years and can vary depending on health, compatibility, and where you live.

In 2014, 17,107 kidney transplants took place in the U.S. Of these, 11,570 came from deceased donors and 5,537 came from living donors.

A kidney from a living donor lasts longer and begins functioning more quickly than a kidney from a deceased donor.

In 1995, kidney donation became minimally invasive with a procedure called laparoscopic nephrectomy, which only requires four small incisions. Hospital stay is typically only 3 days after this operation.
