Hello,
My name is Christine Everett, and I am reaching out in hope of finding a kidney donor.
Chronic kidney disease is a problem that I have been dealing with my whole life, as I was diagnosed with PKD when I was 8 years old. Unfortunately, over time my kidney disease has continued to progress to the extent that I will need a kidney transplant soon. The effects and treatments required to combat the disease have been a constant stress on my mind, body, and soul.
Over the past year I have been experiencing declining health while still working to support myself and my family. This disease often leaves me feeling tired and makes it difficult to do things I enjoy, like traveling, camping, biking, and visiting family
I look forward to the day that I can get back to a normal lifestyle. It would be a blessing to be able to get back to traveling and spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors without the constant worries for my health. After my transplant I would like to celebrate with you and my family. I want to celebrate life and the beautiful world we live in that I have loved so much.
I am currently on the waiting list for a kidney, however that can often take years to get a match. I am hoping to find a living donor to get my health back sooner and continue to live my best life. A living donor transplant would mean so much to me because I would have a better chance for long term kidney health and a longer life. I would be forever grateful if you could help me find a match by getting tested or sharing this information with your own network of friends, family, and community. I sincerely thank you for your consideration in helping me.
Best,
Christine L. Everett
