Orlander, is the 3rd of my 4 siblings. I am now the eldest (oldest brother deceased) of my siblings and Orlander has always thought he was the baby; even though my little sister is the BABY. He's a very loving, caring, and giving person. We enjoy talking about life and family. Because of our closeness/bond that we share; he will always check with me on any major decisions. What I admire the most about my brother would be his heart! He's very giving and unselfish. He loves family and lending his knowledge, wisdom, and little brother opinions. He's extremely dear to my heart.
My brother has always had a zest for life and adventure. However, over the years (since beginning dialysis), I've noticed a great decline in his ability to do the things as he used to. However, due to his kidney struggles, he's not able to do anything that's going require strenuous strides. Also, he loves great food and eating. However, due to fluid retention, he's well aware that he cannot indulge as he once has. He's quite the LOVED BROTHER/UNCLE with us all. But due to his health issues, he can't always function as he would desire. A transplant would mean the world to him/us (collectively) as his family. For him, I'm sure it would mean more than anything....an extension of endless possibilities; for himself and time with his family. It would afford him the opportunity to see his son graduate from Boston College. His son will be the first of our kids to graduate from a four year college. He/we are beyond proud and elated of his accomplishments.
