Hello, my name is Beverly, I have been diagnosed with kidney failure for about 8 years. I have 18 grandchildren, I’m very passionate about helping people. I’m a former social worker, a minister, chaplain and newly graduate with a M’DIV degree. I’m constantly, reminded by a prayer said by my 5 year old granddaughter, “Lord, I need my grandmother here” because I love her forever!.
I have been diagnosed for about 8 years; however, it’s by the grace of God that I have been stable enough not to be on dialysis. My faith and trust in God has keep me this far. However, I don’t have the energy to play and care for grandchildren and to take care of my mother more, but I do the best that I can. I have found that cleaning the house, going up many steps, trying to interact with the younger generation is a challenge for me, and it causes me to struggle harder to endure.
A life saving chance to live to see two of my oldest grandchildren graduate and to have a little more time for the forever 5 year old. A chance to watch most of them to reach their teenage years.
Hello to all supporters, as you know, I am struggling with end kidney disease. I am looking for a living donor that’s interested in giving a compassionate woman a second chance in life. As a believer in God, I believe that all people are worthy of a second chance in life, no matter the cost. It would be a blessing and miracle to have a second chance in life with my grandchildren, family and friends.
