I met Gregg in the mid-90s when he married my second cousin Laraine. We enjoy holidays and get-togethers throughout the year. He and I have a passion for music. In 2012 he built a room in their home that has the most amazing collection of Beatles memorabilia along with other musical artists that spans decades! Gregg is generous to a fault, has a great sense of humor, gets along with everyone and has a compassionate side that comes through. PLUS he still kicks my butt in Bocce!
Yes Kidney failure has affected his well being. Gregg's energy level is not what is was before. However, he makes every effort to keep a daily routine going but some days finds it difficult.
A transplant would give him a new lease on life to spend more time with his friends, neighbors and family. Especially his son, they have a close relationship, are good friends share their love of music along with other interests/hobbies.
I have started networking with our friends, neighbors and others to make them aware of this extremely serious situation.
