Hello, My name is Tammy, and I have been blessed to be living my life, for past 16 years, alongside one of the kindest and most loving person I know.. Glenn and I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, watching New York Giants and the Boston Red Sox games, and most of all, sharing all of our experiences with our grandchildren..
One of the things i most admire about Glenn, is the willingness to drop everything and help a friend however he can.. He has helped countless number of addicts and alcoholics change their lives for the better.. He has so many who care and love him!!
Since Glenn was diagnosed with liver failure, he has had three separate procedures to remove tumors.. He also has to take trips to several different doctors every three months to make sure that he is still qualified to receive a liver from a living donor.. I know that this affects his physical and emotional well being.. He puts up a good front, but I can see the stress and anxiety, of having liver cancer and the unknown, affects him..
If Glenn receives a splice of liver from a living donor, it will give him opportunity to continue being there for his family and friends and continue to give back to the community.
DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU A LIVER CAN REGENERATE LIKE A STARFISH??
That means:
you can be a living donor.. Your liver will grow back.. Isn't that amazing?? I would've never guessed that could happen. Being on the living donor transplant list, will increase Glenn's chances for long term survival.
I AM HUMBLY ASKING FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE HIM!!!
If you can't donate physically donate a piece of your liver, Please help share Glenn's story and spread the word online. We will be forever grateful for any help you can give him!!
Thank You
Tammy
