Adel is my father-in-law and a very important part of my life. He was the first person to welcome me into his family and has been a constant source of support for me and my husband. Mostly, we enjoy traveling together and talking about his life in Lebanon. His children and grandchildren all have a lot to learn from his experiences.
I want him around for a long time, not only because he is an extraordinary person, but also because he holds in his mind and heart my children’s Lebanese history and culture. Without him, a crucial piece of our family puzzle is missing.
Adel does not have the energy or endurance he had before his kidneys began to fail. Travel is becoming increasingly difficult, so he is not able to see his family members as often as he’d like.
A kidney transplant would be a new lease on life and an opportunity to make up for lost time with his children and grandchildren.
Help us mezze spread the word and find our jiddoo a kidney!
